About our Mixtures
Our mixtures are a combination of fragrance oil, essential oil, and jojoba oil. We choose to use jojoba oil because it is good for the skin and keeps it moisturized. Also jojoba oil is known to last alot longer and keep other oils from going bad as quickly. We use a high quality jojoba oil that we are very pleased with and try to only use enough so that our mixtures are skin safe and just the right level of scent strength.
Our mixtures scent strength differs from mixture to mixture depending on the feel we are going for (and depending on your body chemistry, it may be more or less potent on you than it is on another person.) Generally speaking, we put our mixtures through several tests to try to make sure they last a good long while, and also have a strong scent to them without being overbearing. Each person prefers their scent at a different strength so it's impossible to say what you will think of how strong they are, however many of our customers give us a lot of positive feedback and we are very happy so far with our results.
Inspiration: Time and time again, Brianne and myself find ourselves inspired by Mythology. No matter how grounded in reality we might be from day to day, we can't help but allow our minds to wander off to those mystical places. Our mixtures are inspired by myth, lore, or legend, and we take great pleasure in being able to bring those myths, to life through scent! We truly enjoy the mythical times and places, and never find ourselves running out of new ideas that we would love to create.
Our mixtures are meant to be worn and should never under any circumstances, be ingested. For application methods, please feel free to read our "How to Apply" page for more info.
